Strike for Joining and Posting By Trainee Teacher BTC in UP started

After a long patience, after a long persistence finally patience of TET qualified UP BTC trainee Teacher’s morale  today broken. Finally BTC 2010 batch trainee who completed their two year training and now TET qualified started protest in Lucknow on 7 march 2013. According to khabar.ibnlive.in.com  . BTC candidates now protest today in front of Education minister of Uttar pradesh Mr Ram Govind. They start strike in front of Chaudhry’s official resident in Gautmplli Lucknow. BTC trainee candidates now demanding to their joining and posting but state government of up not taking any decision on this matter. However trainees are saying that they are UPTET qualified and they completed their two year training then how government delaying in their joining. They also questioning to government if TET qualified candidates are available then why government recruiting other teacher without posting them. According to up teacher service 1981 for appointing assistant teacher post minimum eligibility criteria is Graduation +BTC + TET qualified. If these trainee full fill all these eligibility then what’s problem in taking decision. That’s why BTC candidates compled to begin strike on state level. Candidates gathering in front of minister’s house at 10 am. Trainee teacher demanding to government to take decision regarding their joining and posting without any more delay. Due to this strike and huge no of BTC candidates in Lucknow, security of Minister’s house increase. Today its news that some intensified spat occurred with police during removing to protester from minister’s house.
On the other hand TET matter is also raised by Teacher leader mr Om prakash and Suresh tripathi in Vidhan parishad of UP. They also saying some of the VBTC 2007 and 2008 batch who are not TET qualified now facing problem in their joining, if central government help to state government then VBTC candidates will be posted. Basic education minister said that a meeting will be holding on 14 march for taking decision on the matter of Moallim A urdu Teacher. But no matter for BTC trainee asked by any one in Vidhan Sabha .
Its expectation after protest now government will take any decision on joining and posting of BTC 2010

12000 thousand BTC 2012 Teacher recruitment February 2015 Online form Notification
A leading Hindi news paper of uttar pradesh  published the latest news regarding Joining and posting of BTC trainee 2012 batch. According to that news basic education department now send the proposal to state government of uttar pradesh for filling 12000 more post for assistant teacher in government primary school. Recruitment process will be start from the last week of February 2015. Only those candidates who have BTC certificate and TET or CTET qualified are eligible for this vacancy. Application form will be invited online. All eligible candidates fill their application form through official up basic education department recruitment website. This time no merit list will be prepared for BTC candidates. After document verification, Joining letter will be distributed.
Previously in uttar pradesh those candidates who have completed their two year BTC training they were just appoint to government primary school. But now after the implementing Right to education with out UPTET or CTET no trainee will be appointed for the teacher post.
Two months ago up government published the notification for filling 15000 posts of primary teacher for BTC / VBTC degree holder. But due to lack of enough eligible candidates only 14000 posts filled out of 15000 in UP. Around 12000 posts  vacant on that vacancy. Now btc 2012 batch also completed their two year training. That’s why basic siksha parishad decide to fill these vancat posts of primary teacher. So its expectation that if every thing will be ok from government side then advertisement will be published in the last week of February.
So most probably joining will be done from July 2015.
This is very pleasuring news for All BTC trainee of uttar pradesh.

UP BTC 2010 Batch Latest Court Case Judgment Decision of 16 jan 2013

Jobslip.in brought latest news update regarding Up BTc recruitment for BTC 2010 batch trainee of uttar pradesh. According to latest HC Allahabad decision now joining / posting of btc candidates will be done on the basis of 1st priority. High court Allahabad directed to state government of up to done appointment of BTC All batch. Due to this decision in favor of BTC trainee, 2010 batch BTC trainee get too relaxation because results of btc 2010 has been declared on 17 December 2012 since they are waiting their Joining / Posting for the post of assistant teacher in uttar pradesh government primary school .in 2010 batch mostly trainee are uptet 2011/ ctet qualified . Around 10 thousand candidates are uptet qualified. NCTE had given exemption for appoint on the post of primary teacher to bed degree holder till march 2014. According to that decision ncte given this exemption on this condition that during recruitment process those candidates will get 1st preference who hold all minimum eligible criteria for primary teacher under the rule of right to education. How ever state government of uttar pradesh started Bed recruitment process without filling post of primary teacher from BTC trainee. TET qualified candidates of btc 2010 batch demanding their joining on 1st preference.

TET is must for BTC Trainee of all batch court case latest news 2013

Nainital high court now given a special decision on TET for BTC matter. mostly BTC candidates still thinking that TET is now necessary for them but high court of nainital cleared the confusion regarding this matter. if you have a btc diploma holder and not TET or ctet qualified then you are not eligible for appointment for the post of assistant teacher in government primary schools . uttara khand government made a rule for appointment of primary teacher in which they mentioned that BTC Trainee are exempted from Teacher eligibility test. But now court cancel the decision of the government. so TET is must for each and every candidates. If  btc training will not qualified TET exam then they will loses their job . exemption order was published on 14 June and 29 august on previous year regarding btc trainee. Court alo cleared that TET is also must for Siksha Mitra. siksha Mitra also appealed in court and said that are already working in school and have special experience of the teaching and now they hold a BTC certificate so what is the requirement of Teacher eligibility test then court said NCTE already published the notification that TET is must for all appointment of teacher . state government have no right to publish such type of notification of exemption from tet. So its clear that TET is must for BTC as well as siksha Mitra. BTC 2010 latest News Court Case Result Joining

Those candidates who enrolled in btc 2010 they never ever thought during admission about his future in 2012. Will be they got joining without any delay. They took admission in btc course with hope that they will be appointed without any delay. But after completing 2 year, training of btc 2010 batch yet not finished. When they took admission in btc, TET or CTET was also not introduced for being a teacher. Well now every one knows that TET is must for all batches. Now recruitment process of 2004 batch and other btc batches are running and tet are compulsory for every one.

In 2010 mostly BTC candidates not take tet seriously that it would be mandatory for BTC trainees because they though BTC training is already 2 year program offered by diet for teaching in basic primary schools then what is the importance of TET for BTC student. But government said TET is compulsory for everyone and now started the recruitment process. Most of candidates in 2004 batch and other successive batch not participated in UP TET 2011 and BTC 2010 trainees also not take it seriously. Now those candidates who spent their two year in BTC and not qualified in TET what will they do.

Selection procedure for BTC trainees is littlie bit different. In BTC you will see seats are dividing in male female, after that Science Art, after that General, SC, ST, OBC reservation, ex serviceman reservation etc.
No body was ready for tet but now tet is must for every one. BTC 2010 batch now victim of late session. In btc 2010 batch mostly candidates scored good marked in tet and they are tet qualified. But they are waiting their results for participating in teacher recruitment 2012. Hope one day results will be out and they will be appointed as assistant teacher in government primary.
