UPTET Latest News 2013 Court Case Teacher Recruitment UP

After fighting one year in High court Allahabad now up bed candidate decided to challenge Up government to on Supreme court of India. Up B.ed candidates filled SPL (Special Leave Petition) regarding Up 72825 primary teacher vacancy 2012. Ratnesh pall kanpur filed this SPL regarding the base of selection of primary teacher in uttar pradesh. This petition was filed against the selection procedure. Up government mostly changes the all rule of previous vacancy and cancel the previous 72825 trainee teacher recruitment

In previous Primary teacher vacancy important point was
Selection procedure was based on TET merit, age limit was 18 to 40 year, for science and art stream , Male Female category their was separate application form invited. Their was 10 % reservation for B.ed and Tet Pas Siksha Mitra trainee.
But according to new primary teacher vacancy 2012 selection procedure has been change,. Now selection of b.ed candidates for trainee teacher post will be based on academic merit, age limit are 21 year to 40 year, their will be a common merit list will be prepared for all category . There are no reservations for siksha Mitra.
