Uttar Pradesh government now decided to return application form fee of old UPTET 72825 primary teacher recruitment 2011. Government now ordered to return old application form fee of Uptet B.ed Primary teacher vacancy 2011. Due to this decision now tet pass b.ed degree holder now got some financial relaxation. Total 270806 tet qualified candidates filled application form fee in previous vacancy. Mostly candidates applied more then one districts.
Offline paper application form was invited for trainee teacher in government primary schools conducted by basic shiksha parishad. This is one of the biggest pleasuring news to all tet qualified candidates. Those candidates who have been applied in many districts now they will get their form fee. Now SCERT (state council of educational research and training)   wrote a letter to all principal of district DIET. How they will return application form fee this will be announce soon. Rumors said application form fee will be return from DIET counter. But officially venue of fee return will be announced soon by government. In 2011, 270806 candidates qualified primary level Teacher eligibility Test (UPTET 2011) conducted by UPMSP. Approximately each candidate applied 20 to 25 districts.
UP BED TET qualified candidates will be thankful if government will return application form fee because this time government also set application form fee 500rs for general category and also open the door to apply all districts of uttar Pradesh. Confusion and deadlock regarding 72825 primary teachers recruitment in primary school conducted by basic shiksha parish uttar Pradesh now over .Honorarium (Mandey) of rs 7300 per month will be given as a trainee teacher (prashikshu shikshak ). According to the guideline if national council of teacher education (NCTE) B.ed/ special education / ded special education degree holder will be selected for Teacher trainee posts who are UTET or CTET qualified conducted by State and central government. After that such as they will complete 6 month training of education they will be appointment as assistant teacher permanently in government primary schools. After appointment as a assistant teacher they will get salary of primary teacher.

Yesterday,  Up cabinet meeting was held. This decision is taken in Up Cabinet meeting Tuesday 4 December 2012.  Finally UP cabinet approved the proposal of amendment in teacher service rule 1981 .according to new provision B.ed / ded UPTET/ CTET qualified candidates will be appointment as trainee teacher after that completing 6 month of training they will be appointed as assistant teacher.

Selection procedure of upcoming b.ed 72825 primary teacher recruitment 2012 will be based on Gunank method. Selection will be done on academic merit.

B.ed Vacancy Merit preparation formula will be as are follows

• 10% of high School mark Percentage
• 20% percentage of Intermediate marks percentage
• 40 % of graduation marks percentage
• 30 % of B.ed mark percentage

UPTET case 7 December 2012 latest news update High court Judgment Decision

Now high court Allahabad criticizes up government regarding failure to maintain the stander or education in government Parishadiya vidyalaya / (Government primary school) conducted by basic shiksha parishad. Yesterday was the court hearing on a petition regarding this matter. Court said UP government is not serious for child education. High court gives this comment on the matter to not issuing the notification of TET for junior high School Teacher who are working in government schools. Up government so many time changed their stand on this matter. Now court demanded the clarification for secretary of basic education over the delay of notification publish. Court said by this attitude of government, right of free and compulsory education for every children will not complete. Court wanted to know whether the amendment in up teacher service rule necessary. If So, then why is there such a delay happen by government to taken necessary action.
The Up government had earlier assured that they will immediately publish notification and want some more time and rules will be not amended. RTE rule (right to education) for free and compulsory education is already published by the central government in 2009. According to state government, rule is already made by government in 2011.  According to new rule TET is must for appointment o teachers in primary schools. In rule it’s also mentioned for those teacher who are working in primary schools must clear TET within 5 year after the publishing of notification. Court said then why government delaying to publish notification regarding”TET is must for working Teacher”.  Secretary of basic education could not give a satisfactory answer to these questions in the court

BTC 2010 latest News Court Case Result Joining

Those candidates who enrolled in btc 2010 they never ever thought during admission about his future in 2012. Will be they got joining without any delay. They took admission in btc course with hope that they will be appointed without any delay. But after completing 2 year, training of btc 2010 batch yet not finished. When they took admission in btc, TET or CTET was also not introduced for being a teacher. Well now every one knows that TET is must for all batches. Now recruitment process of 2004 batch and other btc batches are running and tet are compulsory for every one.

In 2010 mostly BTC candidates not take tet seriously that it would be mandatory for BTC trainees because they though BTC training is already 2 year program offered by diet for teaching in basic primary schools then what is the importance of TET for BTC student. But government said TET is compulsory for everyone and now started the recruitment process. Most of candidates in 2004 batch and other successive batch not participated in UP TET 2011 and BTC 2010 trainees also not take it seriously. Now those candidates who spent their two year in BTC and not qualified in TET what will they do.

Selection procedure for BTC trainees is littlie bit different. In BTC you will see seats are dividing in male female, after that Science Art, after that General, SC, ST, OBC reservation, ex serviceman reservation etc.
No body was ready for tet but now tet is must for every one. BTC 2010 batch now victim of late session. In btc 2010 batch mostly candidates scored good marked in tet and they are tet qualified. A new plan now introduced for 72825 primary teacher recruitment of primary teacher in schools of Basic Shiksha Parishad. They will get 7300 rs per month Mandey as Trainee Teacher. As they will complete their 6 month training in pedagogy they will be awarded permanent teacher in primary schools. After the appointment as assistant teacher they will got original salary of assistant teacher of primary schools.
For implementing this system of selection procedure and method government will amend
In the Teacher Service Rule 1981, Training before appointment of teacher this rule be added.
Selection procedure will be done on Gunank method. Merit will be prepared for selection of B.ed degree holder on the basis of marks percent high School, Intermediate, Graduation, B.ed.
Merit will be calculated: 10% of marks percent High School, 20% marks percent of Intermediate, 40% Graduation, 30 % of B.ed Percent. On the basis of this merit priority of selection of candidates for training will be decide.
Amendment will be done in up teacher service rule in the end of November month. And its expectation that online application form will be invited in the month of December for  B.ed Dgree Holder and TET/CTET qualified candidates

Finance department approved the recruitment of 78325 Primary Teacher Vacancy 2012. Now one thing is 100% has been cleared in UP Cabinet meeting that UPTET will be just screening test. It will be not a base of teacher selection.

Everyone knows that TET is must for teacher recruitment in prathmik Vidyalaya and ucch prathmik Vidyalaya . Cabinet approved the amendment on service rule section 8 . by this amendment UPTET Certificate (Conducted by UPMSP ) and CTET conducted by CBSE would be valid for teacher recruitment.

One more amended done in UP teacher service Rule 1981 section 5 that 50 % post of Science teacher in Junior schools can be fill direct recruitment. Previously all the post of science teacher has been recruited only promotions of teachers.

After that some Bed colleges will be authorized for special BTC training. Government ask to SCERT that when will be next TET 2013 will be organize , how it will be organize, and what will be procedure of UPTET 2013. we knows that TET is must for teaching of Class 1 to class 5 stander. That’s why government will conduct TET exam after some interval of months.

UP Government Cabinet Decision on UPTET and Primary Teacher Recruitment

Cabinet of Uttar Pradesh government finally takes decision on UPTET and primary teacher recruitment on Monday 23 July 2012. selection of primary teacher in basic primary schools will be done through on the basis of academic merit and TET exam will be only a screening test or just a eligibility test. No selection of primary teacher will be done on the basis of TET merit. For that purpose UP Teacher service rule be changed once again which was modified by previous government .new notification primary teacher vacancy will be published on district level and merit will be prepared on district level. Overall you can say that previous system of primary teacher recruitment will be a mechanism of selection of teacher. And previous notification of 72825 primary teacher vacancies will be canceled. This is a very admiring news that up government not going to cancel UPTET 2011. Selection will be done on the merit of high School, Intermediate and graduation marks .

High Court Decision on UPTET case 6 August 2012Latest New Update Judgment

Petitioner Yadav Kapildev Lal Bahadur and some other filled a case WRIT - A No. - 76039 of 2011 regarding UP TET 2012 and UP primary teacher recruitment (72825 Primary Teacher Vacancy) on the basis of UP TET merit, recruitment right. There are a lot of issues now running in High Court Allahabad regarding UPTET and Primary teacher vacancy. Most of candidates are in favor that recruitment process of Primary teacher should be done through Academic merit (High School + Intermediate + Graduation ) but some UPTET qualified High merit holder ( more then 110 marks in paper 1) now in favor than primary teacher recruitment should be done on the basis of UPTET 2011. Previous government published notification for primary teacher vacancy on the basis of UPTET merit how ever in center Scholl / and some other school TET is only a screening test.

There are one other major issue with UPTET case that will BTC 2004 , BTC 2010 , Special BTC, exempted from TET. They are saying that selection of BTC candidates is before the TET rules/ TET dates.

Well New dates of UPTET case is decided for 6 August 2012 for hearing.

A battle for right of teacher is still continuing from road to court on this 48 centigrade temperature of month of May. No body ready to listen the voice of millions of Unemployed youth’s of Uttar Pradesh. Every responsible person regarding UPTET examination and 72825 Primary teacher Recruitment are playing the emotion of B.ed / BTC Degree holder of UP. Why every government forgets their promises after election. What is the offence done by those candidates who opt B.ed Degree or BTC training. Why governments being deaf and dumb and not taking any action on primary teacher vacancy. These are the question now days arising in every TET aspirant of Uttar Pradesh. A lot of time and a lot of money have been already wasted in this 72825 primary teacher vacancy but solution is zero. In court, after day by day passing, but no decision comes out on UPTET. Court gives new dates on every hearing date. We are writing on this matter because our blog reader asking about what is the decision of Court on Uptet , What is the Judgment of Court , but I have only one answer that court allotted new date for UPTET writ / UP TET case. After so many protest in lucknow and other district , after Laathi Charge by police , now those unemployed candidate seeking towards High Court Allahabad for natural justice on UPTET. UPTET exam will not be cancel

According to news of amarujala (1 may 2012) up tet 2011 exam will not be cancel by the reference of Uttar Pradesh chief minister mr Akhilesh Yadav . Decision on Uptet exam will be taken within a week regarding that will uptet will be cancel or not?

After that primary teacher recruitment process will be started. Up chief secretary finally completed their investigation on up tet and they will submit their report on the table of chief minister. Final decision will come out after the judgment of High court case on up tet exam. UP TET 2011 will be only a screening test or just an eligibility test not a base of teacher recruitment. Academic record of high school, intermediate and graduation will be base of 72825 primary teacher vacancies. uptet will be just desirable qualification. During the investigation process its also amazing fact comes out that more then 27 thousand answer sheet has been affected for increasing marks. So that 27 thousands candidate will be exempted from Primary teacher recruitment. For that assumption its speculation that UP TET (Uttar Pradesh teacher eligibility test) will not be cancel
