UPTET Exam for URDU Teacher in UP June 2013

We would like to inform you that state government of uttar pradesh now going to held a different type of Teacher Eligibility Exam for the recruitment URDU teacher in UP. UPTET exam June 2013 for Urdu teacher will be conducted by exam regulatory authority UP. Exact exam date of UP TET 2013 for URDU post yet not declared officially but most probably it will be held in the month of June 2013. Government intension showing that results of Urdu TET exam will be out in the last week for June 2013 and URDU teacher will be appointed from July 2013.
Government now discovered a new way to appoint Urdu Teacher as assistant teacher post. State government previous year decide they will appoint Urdu teacher in government primary school in the matting which was held on 4 December 2012. In this meeting cabinet appoint CM to authorized person for taking decision on this matter. Finally yesterday Chief minister given the approval on UP URDu teacher recruitment 2013. Yesterday cabinet suspended the rule of Up Teacher service 1981 section 17(1). Cabinet also has taken a decision that a separate tet will be held for Urdu teacher in which a separate question paper will be asked related for concerning languages.

Question paper Pattern and syllabus will be as are follows
Subjects: Language Efficiency test, Essay writing, Grammar , compression, Teacher methodology , child pedagogy ,
Total No of Question : 150
Total marks: 150
Qualifying marks / cutoff marks : 60 % .
Eligibility Criteria : moallim E Udu certificate from Aligarh Muslim university AMU 
Total post : 4280 assistant teacher in government primary school

3000 URDU Teacher Vacancy 2013 without TET News

If you think that UP government is not serious about Up Primary Education, or you are thinking government trying to delay in Primary Teacher vacancy or if you believes that politician don’t trying to listen appeal of BTC 2010 Trainee,  VBTC and TET/ CTET qualified B.ed Degree then we would like to inform you that State government are now very serious for UP teacher vacancy. That’s why they discovered a special formula for the recruitment of URDU BTC TEACHER without any TET / UPTET / CTET. However we know that now Teacher Eligibility Test is compulsory for appointment of Assistant teacher posts.  Now necessity of TET has been removed for URDU teachers vacancy. This decision has been taken by UP cabinet on today meeting (8 April 2013) cabinet now accept the proposal for the recruitment of 3000 Urdu teacher with out qualifying any TET . How ever there are no news for UP BTC 2010, BTC 2004 , VBTC trainee that when they will be appointed . However they full fill all the requirement but no proposal are appeared regarding UP BTC trainee.
Government is now very happy on  Urdu teacher that’s why they decided to conduct a different type of examination instead of conducting Teacher Eligibility Test. Further all appointment of Urdu Teacher will be done on this formulae. Written Exam for URDU teacher will comprise 150 marks. Question paper pattern has been declared. Question paper will consist question form Languages , general knowledge, and URDU subject. Their will be no question from MATH or English questions. Candidates have to require score 60 % marks for qualifying this examination.
After the enactment of RTE , now TET is compulsory for Primary School  teacher, that was the biggest problem for the recruitment of Urdu teacher. Total 2911 post of Urdu teacher are vacant. Government now interested to appoint those candidates who have diploma certificate of moallim E urdu from Aligarh Muslim university. Those candidates who have certificate before the 11 august 1997 are eligible for 3000 urdu teacher vacancy.

BTC VBTC Joining and junior teacher notification will be delayed due to UPTET

If you are BTC or VBTC certificate holder and waiting for notification of assistant teacher post for Joining and posting in government primary school then its expectation that their will be delay in your joining. Now government decided to not publish any advertisement for the recruitment of teacher in primary or junior high schools teacher. High court Allahabad taken UPTET matter very seriously. So after passing any decision / Judgment from HC Allahabad on UPTET government will be publish notification. So waiting for primary teacher would be longer. After coming judgment of high court vacancy will be come for btc trainee. . No government order will be published till then every thing will be clear in court.
Basic siksha parishad recently publish a proposal for joining of VBTC / BTC remaining candidates. But this has been stopped at the top administration level. Officer of basic education department decided to not publish advertisement for teacher recruitment.
After implementing RTE in state now TET is compulsory for all for being appointment as teacher in primary school but this TET is now moving in court due to corruption in this examination.
In uttar pradesh Teacher eligibility test was held in 2011 but a lot of complaint came of miss management .after that government issued advertisement for 72825 primary teacher vacancy. But this vacancy is now facing also problem and now matter is in court . Today 4 February is also hearing in court on uptet and primary teacher vacancy. Hope any positive decision will be out on this recruitment. High court now asked for repost of investigation on uptet.
Proposal of joining of Around 28 post and 12 posts for BTC qualified candidates of 2010 batch, VBTC candidates are proposed to government  but is seems that that due to this trend government now not going to publish notification for BTC candidates.

UP BED trainee teacher Training SSTPET Syllabus Module and Pattern 2013

Uttar pradesh basic siksha parishad now started the preparation for syllabus of Up Bed trainee teacher recruitment 6 month training. Their will be two question paper instead of 8 question paper in Primary Trainee Teacher Training. Now department making training module (Syllabus and exam pattern) for selected candidate of 72825 vacancies. Previously this 6 month training was also known as VBTC or Vishist  BTC training. Now new training for Selected Trainee teacher will be known as SSTPET or special service training program in elementary teaching. SSTPET will be completed in two phase of 3- 3 months. 3 month are fixed for theory and 3 month particle. After that an exam will be conducted for these trainee teachers after completing 6 month. Trainee teacher written exam will comprise two question papers. Now new pattern for SSTPET will be publish by SERT UP. Old syllabus of VBTC training will be also revised for upcoming batches training. Those candidates who will selected for SSTPET will get 3 month kriyatmak prashikshan under the guidance of school principal. During this period they get training of the subject of pedagogy, Hindi, math, English environmental science, science, social study, art, physical education, work education etc. on the other hand 3 month theoretical training will be conducted in DIET. After completing these 6 month training candidates are require to participate in written exam for getting TEACHER CERTIFICATE . In this paper question will be related from child psychology, primary education, challenges of primary education. Each question paper will carry total 100 marks. Minimum passing marks / cutoff marks for qualifying in this exam is 40 % . Those candidates who will now able to score 40% marks will get one more chance for next exam. Selection for training will be completed on district level. Maximum 24 month will be given for complete the 6 month training. Training will be conducted DIET, NTT , IAASE.
