Indian air force every year conducts their own examination of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) for admission in various course conducted by Indian Air force. AFCAT conducted twice in year by IAF.  1st exam for this year was held on 24 February 2013 and next exam most probably will be scheduled in the month of August. Admission would take place from this test course commencing from January 2014 and July 2014 in SSC (short service commission) in flying branch and permanent Short service commission technical and ground duty branches. For male candidates admission will be done in flying branch Short service commission, technical branch permanent commission, technical branch short service commission, ground duty permanent and short service commission. From January 2013 no 13 ssc, no 84 AEC, 56 SSC, 135 GDOC, 28 ssc admission will start. UES 2014 course will be start from July 2014

Steps and procedure for AFSB test as are follows

Stage 1: this test will be conducted for the testing of the knowledge of the candidates intelligence. Intelligence test and along with other test will be held on the 1st day. Day one test will be conducted for just screen purpose of the candidates. Those candidates who will declare qualified in Day 1 test will be able to participate on upcoming test.

AFCAT AFSB Stage II Test: this test will comprise psychological test, group test and interview which will be conducted on subsequent day (four days)

For flying branches candidates : selection will be done of the candidates recommend after state II testing would be administered pilot aptitude Battery Test which also known as PABT test.

afcat 2013 merit list result SSB Interview Selection procedure

Indian air force conducted Air Force Common admission Test (AFCAT 2013) on 24 February 2013 at various center of major districts. After that its expectation that AFACT 2013 Results will be out in next month end of april. After that all qualified candidates will be call for SSB interview. SSB interview will be held for AFCAT candidates on Air force Selection board Dehradun, Mysore, their will be 3 stage in SSB AFCAT 2013.  SSB AFCAT stage 1 would be screening nature and those candidates who will qualify stage would be undergoing subsequent testing conducted By SSB. Those candidates who will qualify stage one and applied offline they would required to fill their application online. After that your document verification will be done and your eligibility criteria would be check for that branch in which you have applied for. If you will be failing in stage 1 test then you will be return by SSB on first day.

AFCAT 2013 Answer Key Cut Off Results

AFCAT is one of the most popular examination for the Male / female Indian citizen for the admission on short service common in flying branch and permanent short service commission in technical and ground duty branches.
