First of all visit official website of IBPS which is http://ibps.in or direct link of Admit card download is
http://ibpsreg.sifyitest.com/cwesplfeb13/login.php
Here you can choose the option of Language for downloading your admit card. If you want to information in Hindi language you can choose Hindi language option or simply just select English language radio button. After that next option is Enter registration no with combination of Date of birth or simply login your account via entering your password. After that printing option for download admit card will be available.
