1st: for those candidates who have been appointed before the 23 august 2010 and recruited under NCTE regulation 2001
2nd : those Trainee who have completed their BTC/VBT training before 23 august 2010 and now appointed.
3rd: those teacher who have been appointed before 3 September 2001 under the guide line of NCTE regulation.
On above mentioned High court Allahabad rejected the appeal of that trainee who has completed their training after 23 august 2010. That’s why exemption appeal of BTC 2010 batch has been rejected.
