Syllabus of UPSC Assistant Commandant Exam 2012 Question Paper Pattern

Union Public Service which is the acronym of UPSC will hold written exam for the recruitment of assistant commandant exam 11 November 2012.
JobSlip.in now provides you question paper pattern and syllabus for written examination of upsc assistant examination.
Selection procedure will be based on the performance of

• Written Examination,
• Physical Standards PST /Physical Efficiency Tests PET and
• Medical Standards Tests,
• Interview/Personality Test,
• Final Selection / Merit

You should note that Negative Marking is applicable in assistant commandant objective exam. There will be two papers in assistant commandant Upsc written examination. Both paper will be conducted same day which is 11 November 2012. Question paper 1 will be held from 10 am and will be end at 12 noon paper 2 will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm. Total marks for UPSC Paper I General Ability and Intelligence will be 250 and for paper 2 General Studies, Essay and Comprehension allotted 200 Marks.

Paper 1 will be objective type nature consist MCQs and in paper 2 candidates will be allowed the option of writing the Essay Component in  English or Hindi, but the medium of Précis Writing, Comprehension Components and other communications/language skills will be English only.
