Sports Discipline: Archery , Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Cycling, Fencing, Hockey, Gymnastic, Judo, Kayaking & Canoeing, Rowing, Shooting, Swimming & Diving, Taekwondo, Volleyball, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Wushu
Total No of Post :   200 [160 for Male Coach  and  40 post for Female coach
Category wise description of coach Job SAI : 200 posts (General-101, SC–30, ST–15 & OBC–54)

Salary of Coach In SAI Grade 3 : Pay Band- 2 Rs.9300-34,800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

Work place : various Regional Centers / Sub-Centres / Training Centres spread all over India

Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit 30 years. as on 15.10.2012
Minimum Educational Qualification/Professional Qualification:
Essential : (a) Diploma in coaching from SAI / NS-NIS or from any other
recognized Indian / Foreign University.

OR

(b) Participation in Asian Games/World Championship with
Certificate Course in Coaching.

OR

(c) Qualification and participation in Olympic Games
Desirable - B.P.Ed.

Selection procedure: written examination, Field Test followed by the interview
