MP PCS Question Paper Pattern
In Madhya Pradesh MPPSC conducts various competitive civil service examinations. In MP PCS examination there are two stages
  • State Services Preliminary Examination
  • State Services Main Examination

MP State service pre examination is conducted for the right and interested candidates in civil services exam. This mp pcs pre Examination is meant to serve as a screening test only and the marks get hold of in the first round Examination by the applicant, who are confirmed qualified for admission to the Mp pcs Main Examination, will not be counted for determining their final order of merit. MP PCS pre exam consist objective type of questions And MP PCS main examination is conducted for the selection of candidate for the various category of service.
MPPSC Pre Question Paper Pattern
Paper 1 (Compulsory) General Studies 2 hrs. 150 Marks
Paper 2 One subject to be selected from the optional papers set- out in para 3. 2 hrs 300 Marks

Every mp pcs question paper medium will be Hindi and English except Engineering subjects. Both the question papers will be of objective type (multiple choice question / MCQ type) each question will have four answers, only one will be the correct answer. The candidate is required to record in the answer book, only A, B, C or D as may be adjudged by him to be the correct answer.
Paper I (compulsory subject- General Studies) will consist of 150 questions each carrying 1 mark and will be of 2 hours time Duration. Paper II will consist of 120 questions, each carrying 2.5 marks, and will be of 2 hrs time Duration.
