UPSEE 2013 Hotel Management BHMCT / BFAD Syllabus

BHMCT is a 4 year Course conducted by Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh, Technical Education Department. BHMCT program offered by some reputed best hotel management colleges / institutes affiliated to GBTU, Lucknow and MTU, Noida. GBTU conduts an entrance exam for the admission of hotel management course. This paper name as   Paper 5 Aptitude Test for General Awareness (BHMCT/BFAD).

There will be 75 objective type questions 300 marks

Verbal Reasoning  and  Logical reasoning: Geometrical designs  and  Identification ,  Selection of related letters / words / numbers / figures,  Identification of odd thing / item out from a group ,  Completion of numerical series based on the pattern / logic ,  Fill in the blanks of the series based on the numerical pattern and logic of the series ,  Syllogisms (logic based questions), Identification of logic  and  selection of correct answers based on the logic,

Numerical Ability  and  Scientific Aptitude: :  Arithmetical questions of High school level, fraction Calculation , percentages, square roots, cube roots,  Profit  and  Loss and Interest  , calculations ,  analysis of  Data , tablet interpretation , Graph  and  Bar Diagram and Pie Chart analysis, Questions related to common use of science (Physics  and  Chemistry),  Health  and  Nutrition

General Knowledge:,  Latest Current affairs , General knowledge,  current Events (Political, Social, Cultural  and  Economics),  Historical events,  Geography including Tourist Places / Spots,  latest Current affairs of Business  , Countries  wise  Currencies,  Who's Who? Where? Whom?, Sports  and  Games personality ,  latest sport events
   
Language Test of English:  Meanings of English words ,  Antonyms  and  Synonyms,  Idioms  and Phrases  ,  Fill in the blanks , sentence Complete / sentence Improvement with Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs  and  Adjectives , comprehension Reading by questions
