sewayojan Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503 The service is unavailable

un employed candidate of UP now facing a special types of problem during the registration process on online website of UP sewayojan. Finally seva yojan website stopped working due to unknown error name “Service Unavailable”.  these error of employment registration website appeared since a week. UP sewayojan offices provides facility of registration online due heavy crowed in sewa yojan offices. But due to heavy traffic this site stopped working.  now candidate are enforcing to go sevayojan karyalay for their registration and verification of document. Before un functionality of the site , candidates was option to enroll on online and candidate have to go sewayojan karyalay only for document verification .
During the registration candidates got a temporally registration no, and after the verification of document candidate got a permanent Unique registration no for 3 year. After 3 year you have to renew you registration once again. Previous SP government (Mulayam Singh Yadav  ) of Uttar Pradesh distributed Berojgari Bhatta for unemployed candidates . once again new CM of uttar Pradesh  Akhilesh Yadav promised that Berojgari Bhatta would be distributed for all Un employed candidates who are above 35 year age. This is the essential qualification for Berojgari Bhatta. For obtaining this unemployment allowance you have to register yourself on employment offices. But due to problem in online registration (Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503) it difficult to enrollment of Berojgari Bhatta. 
Cause of 503 Error :HTTP Error 503 indicate only those condition server faces problem of heavy traffic / over load or during the process of maintenance of website. The Web server is effectively 'closed for repair . HTTP Error 503 is error of a server side , meaning the problem is usually with the web site's server.
