SSC Constable Vacancy 2013 Physical Efficiency Test Pet and PST Details

SSC Constable Recruitment 2013

All candidates who will qualify in physical standard Test (PST) will be able to participate in SSC Physical Efficiency Test which is also Known As SSC PET for CAPF GD constable.

• Long Jump Distance for Male:  11 feet (Three chances to be given)
• Long Jump Distance for Female candidates:  9 feet (Three chances to be given)
• High Jump Distance for Male candidates:  3.5 feet (Three chances to be given)
• High Jump Distance for Female candidate:  3 feet (Three chances to be given)

Physical efficiency test (pet) will not held for ex service man nevertheless they will be compulsory to be eligible in the medical examination. Pet / and PST are compulsory test for recruitment of constable written examination but these test are only qualifying nature and they would not carry and marks.

Physical Stander Test (PST test): 

• Male’s constable: 170 cms and Females constable height: 157 cms.
• Chest of male:  80 cms   Expanded: Min expansion 5 cms.

Weight for male and female: Proportional to age and height
Procedure of ssc Pst Test for Constable vacancy:
1. Height Measurement / Height Test
2. Race of 5 KMs for male to be completed within 24 minutes 1.6 km for female and to be completed within 8.30 minutes
