After qualifying common written examination (IBPS CWE) for the post Probationary officer (Bank PO) and Management trainee (MT) a new phase of Personal Interview (PI ) and group discussion (GD) started for the recruitment of Bank PO post and Management Trainee post . Many public sector bank published a notification for the recruitment  of management trainee and Bank P.O. recently Andhra Bank , Punjab National Bank (PNB), Canara Bank published a notification for the post of management trainee. Eligibility criteria for PNB are 60% marks in graduation, 138 marks in Ibps Cwe examination 2011. there are total no post of management trainees is 775. age limit for PNB MT recruitment 2012 is 20 to 28 and last date for filling online application for management trainee is 13 February 2012

How to face an interview questions?
Just remember one thing in your mind, as a excellent start starting of any interview always gets a lead during the entire race of bank jobs, in the same way, giving a first good impression would definitely give a glow to your selection chance. So make sure you hit right at every chance you get. Some of the basic of facing a bank PO interviews...
  • Be cool, calm and collected before and during the interview
  • Don’t be excited at some point in the interview. Smile. They can definitely hear your voice properly
  • Try to give direct and complete answers of all questions don’t think they are fool
  • Try to find some basic information about that bank profile and business work, strategy, goal, further target of banks etc
  • Don’t use the terms “we”. at all times say “I”. This obviously indicates that you did the work.
  • Don’t try discuses your personal issues and personal matter
  • Don’t forget to saying at end of your interview: “Thanks for your time. It was nice talking to you and I look forward to being a part of your Bank”.
