First time ibps going to conduct a combined interview for the recruitment of probationary officer / management trainee in public sector bank. IBPS published the recruitment notification for CWE exam for PO and MT post in public sector bank in the month of march 2012. after that those candidates who have been declared 2nd ibps cwe PO/MT 2 now they will be call for a common ibps interview test . This time ibps decided to conduct a common interview for all bank. This is a very good decision in favor of the competitors. For this information now ibps start sending emails and sms for informing the candidate regarding common interview exam date and time and venue.

First of all greet with a smile and firm handshake to interviewer. After greet just sit down properly only after the permitting of interviewer. Try to be alert and sit straight in front of interviewer. When interviewer start asking question or your personal information just be calm and try to listen question carefully and make sound eye contact with interviewer. Bend forward when you facing little bit difficulty during any question asked by interviewer that will give an impression that you are now trying to dominate interviewer. Give a smile whey they are trying to make environment jovially but try avoid long “ HAHAHAH “ just give a genuine smile. Try to give answer in slow voice now so loud like speaker. Tap your hand on lap now in front of interviewer. Only wear a suitable dress and shoes that Suit your personality.

Never seat on chair lean bank chair or cross legs like you sitting at your home. Don’t try to touch or take common accessory of interviewer table like pen pencil etc. use your own pen. Don’t give continues smile from starting of the interview test to end of the interview. Never bite your nail and shaking your legs and body. Don’t take of you shoes or some other cloths.
