SSC Exam 2013 English Study Material

Ssc will hold more the 12 examinations on a large recruitment scale  in session 2013. Staff selection commission will hold test from starting of the year FCI Grade III (General, Account, Technical, and Depot) Paper II and Paper III on 3 februay  2013. After that a constable and rifle man examination will be conducted on 12 may 2013.  ssc cgl tier 1 examination is also schedule to in the month of tier 1. In ssc written examination English Section will consist a passage upon which questions are set to test the candidates ability to understand the content of the given test and to infer information and meaning from it.

English Language & Comprehension : Questions in this components will be designed to test the candidate‘s understanding and knowledge of English Language and will be based on spot the error, fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, spelling/detecting mis-spelt words, idioms & phrases, one word substitution, improvement of sentences, active/passive voice of verbs, conversion into direct/indirect narration, shuffling of sentence parts, shuffling of sentences in a passage, close passage & comprehension passage.
