  1. Two weeks ago, I booked a gas cylinder refill at one of the Bharat Gas Agency, telephonic. After following process on IVR they sound that Refill has been booked successfully & would be delivered in Next 48 hours. But after waiting for 60Hrs the refill was not delivered. When I made a call at customer care they told me that refill has been delivered yesterday. But I got the refill after 2 hrs of making them call. But the cylinder was leaking & due to this my family has to face lots of troubles. I had made complaint to them and they took that refill back but still I am waiting for my ordered refill. I had made call to the Bharat Gas agency at 1800222725 so many times regarding the matter but still there is no result. So I decided to file my complaint at Consumer Court. But still they have also not replied me regarding this.

  2. i month ago i recieved one cylinder frm the side of bharatgas agency at haldwani disst nanital chaudary gas agency is there..so my problem is he took my copy and noted the number of cylinder but the no is doesnt match if next time i return to dat cylinder to company the cylinder no is doesnt match wid my copy....so wat can i...but the cylinder agency dealer is deny to m y problem pls attend my message urgently m y eamail id pun_tal@yahoo.com

  5. I booked cylinder on 1st oct but stll not delivered,, n checking status it is showing delivered on 6 oct..u r providing very bad service to customer. What is the use of taking bharat gas connection if u can not provide service timely...

    My gas connection no.is 1108,Amar chand S/O sh.chhotu ram.and my brother"s gas connection no.is
    1109 Sant ram S/O chootu ram.
    Distributor name JYOTI GAS SERVICE PARAS RAM NAGAR BHATINFDA.
    I have submitted all documents regarding DBC cylinders assue.But not released to till date.
    Kindly resolve my problums.

    I AM CONSUMER OF BHARAT GASAND MY COSUMER IS-6797.
    I am very sad to inform you that my distributer SITAL GAS AGENCY,DHULIYAN,MURSHIDABAD,WEST BENGAL is not distribute properly gas to consumer.I have booked on 03-09-2013 but we did not get gas yet. First they do not refill before two month .And after it they round to round of there office/shop and there godown .Every time they say come tomorrow today gas has been finished . Only one hour they distribute gas cylinder and told total gas has finished come tomorrow.
    Their behaviour is so rude.they sell gas in open market in high price.
    pls do some thing to stop these unjustice activity.

  8. heloo sir i m cunsumer of bharat gas i live in meerut i am versy sad inform you that my distarbutors savita gases sir humari gas godown se aati hai per agency staf booking resept nahi dete aur jabardasti home dilivery ke liye preshure bnate hai aur galat vyavhar karte hai so plz aapse req hai ki is sambandt mein aap karyvahi kare plz thanks .
