Bihar Teacher Niyojan latest News Update 2013

A latest news update we brought for those candidates who are waiting for Bihar Teacher Niyojan 2013. few credible sourced told us that now Male Teacher will be appointed on the vacant seats of female posts in schools of Bihar. Due to laziness of Bihar niyojan ikai (Units) 1.68 Lakh primary Teacher yet not appointed in government schools. Another issue are coming that there are not sufficient female candidates are available for the posts of Female teachers which are reserved only for Women candidates. Approximately 84 thousands posts are reserved for female candidates.  However only 37 thousands female candidates are yet available for recruitment. That’s why Bihar education department decided to appoint male candidates for the post of 47 thousands vacant seats of male teachers.
Department also prepared proposal regarding filling female posts via male teachers. Education minister also agree on this proposal . 
In state of Bihar 50% seats are reserved for female category in Shikshak Niyojan. But due lack of eligible female candidates approximately 65% seats not filled in niyojan process. According to chief secretary this 65% vacant seats will be filled via Male category candidates .
Supreme court also ordered that if reserved category candidates are not available then fill posts from general category candidates.
So department now taking the opinion of law department. After that very soon a official GO / notification will be published for Teacher Niyojan in Bihar.
Its expectation that Niyojan process will be completed before the 30 September 2013 for primary teacher and secondary teacher .

UPTET Exam Result will be publish on 15 August 2013

All those candidates who participated in UPTET written Exam of Primary Teacher and Junior Level teacher now informed that its expectation that result of UPTET 2013 will be announced at 14 august or 15 august 2013 . previously it was expected that results will be out on 30 July   but after that dates extended to 10 August  bur after passing the month there are no official news that when result are going to publish.

Now days a latest rumors in the air that recruitment process for the recruitment of 72825 b.ed trainee teacher recruitment 2011, 2012. Regarding this proposal a affidavit will be submitted by government in court for granting the permitting to amendment in recruitment process. After getting permission by court recruitment rule will be changed. Hope so this formula will be accepted by all candidates and teacher crises in primary schools may be resolved.

Shiksha Mitra Appointment joining News 2013

recently High court Allahabad had given a decision on Shiksha Mitra. According to this decision now no shiksha Mitra will be appointed in primary school. So government decision to not continue filling posts of shiksha Mitra now approved by high Court. A special bench of 3 Judges given there decision on this matter that those shiksha Mitra who are selected after the GO which was published on 2 June 2010 now not eligible for posting for the posts of shiksha Mitra in government primary school. Court also cleared that selection for shiksha Mitra is the not right of appointment. According to GO of 2 June , State government Taken there decision to not appoint shiksha Mitra in primary schools. Court also said that this decision is the fundamental right of government. They are free to continue of stopped the shiksha Mitra scheme.  so there are no need of interruption on government decision.
Many thousand shiksha Mitra appealed in court that they are selected in 2009 – 2010 for the posts of shiksha Mitra. After the selection they neither get any training any get appointment. After that state government canceled the shiksha Mitra scheme on 2 June 2010.
So these shiksha Mitra challenged this decision of government in court that they are selected then why government not appoint them, government said after the enactment of RTE (Right to education ) eligibility criteria for teacher post have been changed that’s why government stopped this scheme.
Court also said that shiksha Mitra are not regular employee of state government they just appointed for 11 months on contract basis. If work of shiksha Mitra become satisfactory then  service duration may be renewal for next session.

Bihar Teacher Vacancy +2 plus two recruitment 2013

Recruitment process for Bihar plus two / +2 teacher will be start from the next week. Bihar education department now going to recruit 52000 higher school teachers. Recruitment process will be start from 13 may 2013. Application form will be invited online. Candidates can fill online application form for +2 teachers from 11 June 2013. Last date of application form submission is 10 July 2013. Government will also take decision on salary of Niyojan / niyojit teacher of Bihar. Rajasthan public service commission / rpsc now going to publish 2nd grade teacher result / grade 2 vacancy result for three subject. Recently high court ordered to rpsc to publish the revised and update result of RPSC Grade II vacancy 2013. As we know Commission already declared the result of three subjects.
Recently in the month of April court canceled the rpsc 2nd grade result of 3rd round. Due to this decision candidates are very happy. After this decision a new opportunity not opening in front of youths. Many candidates blaming that rpsc declared results 3 times. Due to this act around 500 candidates was disqualified whether they are passed. But after the court decision now they will get a new opportunity as 2nd grade teacher.
So most probably math, social science results of rpsc grade 2 will be announced this week. Court also said that publish the result with in this week. Recruitment process will be completed now within one month. Court also alert to rpsc on issuing answer key. rpsc publish the recruitment result on 6 march 2012. After that they publish revised result on 20 September 2012. Now rpsc 3rd grade teacher recruitment will be done on the basis of new results which will be publish before Saturday of this week.
