27 February high Court Case on Uptet Primary teacher Bharati

In previous hearing off 21 February 2013 in high court Allahabad, state government of uttar pradesh demands new date for the teacher recruitment. State government will file their appeal today 27 February 2013 regarding vacancy of 72825 primary teacher. Previously court passed their order on stay of b.ed trainee teacher recruitment. Now stay Judgment will be retain till further HC decision. State government advocate C.B Yadav appealed in court that report on malpractice in TET yet not prepared. Lab report of hard disc used for TET examination now sends to forensic lab for further investigation. Without forensic lab report they are now able to submit their affidavit in court. that's why they want few more time. Granting their demands, court hearing postponed to next date 27 February 2013.
Hope government will submit their report on misconduct in uptet and they will tell their answer in court they why they changed the selection procedure for 72825 teacher vacancy. This case is now moving in since  November 2011. till date no  solution for b.ed trainee teacher vacancy  are available.
On the other hand government started next recruitment process of Anudeshak vacancy on contract basis of 7000 per month in government junior high schools. What ever decision will be out from court today, but every b.ed candidates now days feeling a lot of mental tension due to this vacancy. They lost their Money and time on this vacancy. Government yet not return a single rupee of previous vacancy fee . Last of appointment of b.ed candidates in assistant teacher post is just march 2014. So how government will complete this recruitment / Bharti this is the big questions.
