SAIL invites online applications for the posts of Management Trainees (SAIL MT Technical) and Management Trainees (Administration) in E-1 grade from young, energetic, result oriented and promising talent in the country
Eligibility criteria for application for is very nominal. Upper age limit is 30 year as on 1st may 2012. Education qualification for Management Trainees (Technical) is engineering degree with 65 % marks in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics and Chemical Engineering. Education qualification for Management Trainees (Administration) post is graduation with 60 % marks with MBA or Post graduate diploma in management with 60 % marks in HR / PM & IR / Pers / MHROD for HR and Production / Operations / Materials Mgmt. for Materials disciplines. For MT -Finance: CA/ICWA
Selection procedure will be base on the merit of written exam conducted by SAIL. After that all qualified candidates will call for group discussion and interviews test
