After the declaration of age for Berojgari Bhatta 35, now days every unemployed over aged candidate gathering in front of sewa yojan karyalaya, (unemployment offices) and Up Board offices. Most of rural area candidates lost there mark sheet due to miss handling of their intermediate , highschool mark sheet so after the declaration of Berojgari Bhatta scheme in up every one want to be enroll to himself employment offices for getting unemployment allowance. Marksheet brokers demanding 1000 for intermediate board mark sheet & rs 2000 for high school mark sheet and promising to providing these marks sheet in two or three days. Usually up board gets 5 to 10 application form of re-issuing new certificate but now days UPMSP received 3 hundred to 4 hundred daily by unemployed over age candidates. Now days early morning row of candidates appearing in front of UP board office Allahabad. It’s quite interesting that application form for new marks sheet request by aged between 60 to 70 year old candidates. Some of them lost their marksheet during registration in employment offices. UP board saying all record are available in Board offices before 1986 after 1986 candidate’s record available on regional offices of Up boards.
